Chinese autonomous driving technology company PONY-W (02026.HK) unveiled its IPO details, with a global offering of 41.9557 million shares, of which the Hong Kong public offering accounts for about 10%, and the international offering constitutes approximately 90%. The joint sponsors are Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank, and Huatai International. The company introduced five cornerstone investors for its listing, including PRU (02378.HK)'s Eastspring, Ghisallo, Hel Ved, Athos, and Ocean Arete, collectively subscribing to USD120 million worth of company shares.
