The European Commission is expected to propose tomorrow (16th) relaxing the regulations banning the sale of petrol and diesel cars from 2035, according to a Reuters report. The ban may be postponed for five years or even permanently relaxed.

The leader of the largest party in the European Parliament stated that the European Commission will announce clear recommendations to cancel the ban on internal combustion engines, calling the ban a serious industry policy mistake.
