Regarding the acquisition of around 29% stake in PUMA, ANTA SPORTS (02020.HK) announced that it received today (13th) written shareholders' approvals from Anta International, and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Anda Holdings and Anda Investments, pursuant to which each of them has approved the share purchase agreement and the acquisition.
